面对中美关系的特殊性和复杂性 ,单一的分析模式已无法应付。通过对PNTR中利益集团的活动背景、分类、利益分析和影响方式的论述 ,说明利益集团在中美关系中的重要性的上升 ,因此应建立一个国家利益—集团政治的复合分析模式 。

Facing the particularity and complexity of Sino-American relations, the single analytic pattern can no loger handle. This artille attempts to mdicate the growing importance of interest group through the analysis of its background, categories, interests and the ways of influence in PNTR. ln the conclusion, it is necessary to establish a new analytic pattern—the complex pattern combined with national interest and group politics—for reference in dealing with Sino-American relations.
