高师生英语教学技能训练体系设计

The Design of Systematic Training of English Teaching Skills for Students in the Teachers College

本文认为制定高师生英语教学技能项目，应当以教育科学理论为依据来划分常规技能和特殊技能，并组织学生开展目标、操作、评价三位一体训练体系以提高英语教学水平。

This paper discusses the design of systematic training of English teaching skills for students in the teachers college. All the items of skills should be classified and defined on the basis of a scientific theory. In order to improve their English teaching, students training should be organized under the guideline of the training system including three sections, i. e., target, operation and evaluation. Some suggestions about the curriculum arrangement are also provided.
