Adaptive Control of Optimal Fill Ratio for Bucket Ship Unloader with Suspension Chain

自适应控制在生产过程控制中的应用已日趋广泛。本文介绍了悬链式链斗卸船机在卸矿过程控制中,应用自适应控制原理,保证拖动控制系统在不过载的情况下,链斗挖矿的最佳填充率,从而提高了系统的可靠性和卸矿机的高效率。文章着重介绍了控制器和自适应回路的设计方法及其系统的实现。

The optimal fill ratio of dig ore with chain bucket can be obtained using the adaptive control principle for unload ore process control of bucket ship unloader with suspension chain,without excess load.Thus,reliabi- lity and efficiency of the system are improved.Emphasis is laid on the design method and implementation of the controller and adaptive loop.
