农村干群关系紧张的原因与对策

An Analysis and Countermeasure of the Tense Relationship Between the Leaders and Masses in Rural Areas

调查表明 ,在新的历史时期 ,农村干群关系的主流是好的 ,但也的确存在一些不容忽视的问题。准确判断当前农村干群关系的状况 ,弄清其存在问题的原因 ,按照江泽民同志提出的“三个代表”的要求 ,采取切实可行的有针对性的措施 ,恢复和发展农村干群之间的密切关系 。

An investigation shows that in the new historical age unignorable problems exist in the relationship between the leaders and masses in rural areas despite its major positive stream.A correct judgment of the new situation with understanding of the causes of these problems is of urgent necessity for the adoption of direct measures to restore and further develop the sound relationship in accordance with the requirements of the “three representations”proposed by President Jiang Zeming.
