摘要
戏剧译本的对象不仅包括一般意义上的读者,而且还包括导演、演员与观众。译者在翻译中应时刻注意译本的可演出性。在处理剧本中的文化因素时,应根据译入语的文化规范及传统做出相应的调整。《茶馆》的两个英译本都成功地处理了剧中的文化因素。
The receivers of translated drama include not onlx readers in the general sense but directors,actors/actresses,and audiences. Considering the uniqueness of drama translation,the translator should pax close attention to the performabilitx of his version.When dealing with the cultural obstacles in drama translation,he should take into account the cultural norms and traditions of the target language.The two English versions of Teahouse are,nonetheless,successful examples.
