摘要
本文根据作者参与实践的体会,对建设港口管理信息系统中两个基础而又十分重要的问题进行了探讨。阐明了加强企业基础管理、搞好总体规划的重要性,提出了在这两个方向应当引起注意的若干问题。
As a matter of experiences which are from the author′s prac- tiees,the paper discusses two essential and important problems for povt′s MIS Construction.It deals with importance of strengthening enterprise basic management,and of well—made overall project.In these two aspects,several problems which should be noticed are presented.
