论《资治通鉴》的人才观

On the Perspectives of Men of Abilities in Zi Zhi Tong Jian

司马光在《资治通鉴》中对择用人才问题 ,作了不少记载和论述。宋末元初 ,浙江宁海胡三省对《资治通鉴》作了《音注》。他在《音注》中对择用人才问题发表了很好的意见。这些记载、论述和意见 ,对于今天 ,乃至未来 ,都具有一定的借鉴作用。

Si Maguang, author of Zi Zhi Tong Jian (The Way to Successful Government), offers some records and comments on employing men of abilities. Around the end of Song Dynasty and beginning of Yuan Dynasty, Hu Sansheng from Zhejiang, compiled A Phonological Companion to Zi Zhi Tong Jian , in which he also made very good comments on the same issue. These records and comments are still of practical value today.
