本文介绍了交通法规数据库的设计思想、主要功能、系统的结构设计和分类码设计,并就交通法规的特殊要求结合数据库技术的特点专门对交通法规数据库的建库模型及其组织结构进行了阐述。提出了自己的处理方法。文章最后简单介绍了该库的使用和扩充。

This paper introduces the design ideas,main functions,the sy- stem structure and sort code design for the data base of fraffic laws and re- gulations.Combining specific requirements of traffic laws and regulations with of data base technique,it also discusses the base model and structure for the features date base of traffic laws and regulations in detail,and presents a handling method.Finally,the application and extension of this data base are briefly described.
