脾脓肿

Splenic Abscess

本文通过42例脾脓肿的临床资料分析,提出了较为理想的分型方法和较为全面的诊断方法。过去认为脾脓肿如不手术治疗几乎100%死亡。本文采用非手术疗法治愈的病例,说明脾脓肿并非均需采用手术疗法。

The satisfactory typing and diagnotic method of splenic abscess were advanced according to the clinical analysis of 42 patients in the present. It was considered in the past that nearly all of patients would have died of splenic abscess if they had not been operated on. However, some of the patients were cured by the use of conservative treatment. It was shown that the conservative method can be employed.
