开发西部的关键在于教育和人才培养 ,要面向西部建设有特色的高水平的科技人才培养基地必须改变教育观念 ,进行全方位的教学改革 ;加强教学实验室、图书室、微机室和野外实习基地等。培养一流的师资队伍 ;加强学科建设 ;建立新的课程体系 ,采用先进的教学方法 ;争取好的生源 。
The key to develop the western region lies in the education and culturing of talents To set up facing western construction and high level culturing base for seience and technology talents must change the conception of education,initiate omnibearing teaching reforms;reinforce the basic conditional construction of teaching lab,library,computer room and field practicing base etc;froster first class teacher troops;strengthen subject construction;establish new cuniculum systen;adopt advanced teaching means and methods;strive for excellent students and lay stress on the culture of high qualitied special talents
