摘要
20世纪 90年代以来 ,国家创新系统已经成为用系统方法研究创新对经济增长影响的一个重要理论框架。弗里曼、纳尔逊等人从各自的研究领域完善了国家创新系统思想 ,国家创新系统方法在经济合作与发展组织 (OECD)成员国中的应用亦取得了丰硕的研究成果。
Since the 1990s,The National System of Innovation Thought has become an important theory framework in the study of the influence of innovation on economic increase. The economists represented by C. Freeman and R. Nelson have improved the National System of Innovation Thought in their respective domains. And great achievements have been made in the application of national innovation system approach among OECD members. The National System of Innovation Thought offer us a theoretical guide in improving the state's National System of Innovation.[
