《关于正确处理人民内部矛盾的问题》的思想是在我国由新民主主义社会进入社会主义社会的历史转折时期形成的。它创造性地建立了社会主义基本矛盾理论 ,开拓性地阐明了区分和处理社会主义社会两类不同性质矛盾的理论 ,与党的八大论述的社会主义社会主要矛盾的思想 ,共同构建了社会主义社会矛盾理论的完整体系 ,对科学社会主义作出了巨大的理论贡献。但由于我党对如何建设社会主义缺乏经验 ,由于当时国内外主客观因素的影响 ,也由于《关于正确处理人民内部矛盾的问题》自身的局限性 。

The thought of On Correctly Handling the Contradictions among the People took shape in the turning period from our country′s society of new democracy to socialist society.It creatively established the theory of basic socialist contradictions and expounded the theory of differentiating and handling the two categories of contradictions of different nature.Combined with the thought of the principal contradictions in socialist society expounded at the Eighth National Congress of the CPC,it constructed the complete system of the theory of contradictions in socialist society and made great contributions to scientific socialism.However,due to the Party′s lacking experience in building socialism,the limitations of On Correctly Handling the Contradictions among the People itself and affected by subjective and objective factors home and abroad at that time,these correct thoughts were not carried out in practice.
