应用PEG沉淀试验测定囊虫病人血清中抗体的初步研究

Primary Study on Detection of Antibody in Serum from Patient with Cysticercosis by Precitation Test of PEG

用适宜浓度的PEG将囊虫病人血清浓缩,达到提高血清中特异性抗体浓度的作用,从而提高检测的敏感性。该法用于囊虫病的诊断,阳性附合率83.33%.特异性较理想。

The method of detection of antibody in serum from patient with cysticercosis by precitation test of PEG is presented. Selecting three concertrations with different volumes and programs, concertrated serum became twice and four times, after that counter immunoelectrophoresis was performed with a cysticrecosis positive coincidence rate of 83.33%(20/24) and compared with routine counter electrophoresis in the sensibility. Specific test showed that false positive rate of healthy persons was 3.85%(1/26) and that of infected persons with Paragonimiasis was 3.33%(1/30). The method has the reference value to the diagnosis of cysticercosis.
