摘要
本院1987年6月以来,采用国产金属支架人工瓣环(改良的Carpentier环)行二尖瓣环成形术10例,术后死亡1例,死因为低血钾引起的心室纤颤。存活9例,经6～16个月随访心功能恢复Ⅰ级者6例(3例已工作),Ⅱ级者3例。本文对人工环的应用、临床效果、手术适应证及优点等作一讨论。
The Carpentier annuloplasty rings were used for 10 cases of mitral regurgitation caused by annular dilation in the presence of noncalcified leaflets in our department since June, 1987.One case died from hypokalemia. In the follow-up study of 6 to 16 months, the results of 9 survived are satisfactory. The results indications and advantages were discussed by authors in this paper.
