The article describes function, application of multiple functional image processing system to medicine , and construction of the system in detail. At present, it may support x-ray image processing, microimage processing and other medical image processing . On the other hand , with the system quantitative analysis may be completed , such as measurement of cell density , computing the area and perimeter of cell and cell geometrical parameter. At last, as an example, measurement of fetus brain mantle cell density is introducted.
