Expounding the Economic Security of Country in the Times of Globalization

全球化加快发展 ,国家经济安全已成为一项急需研究的重大课题。国外有关经济安全的理论观点主要包括国家利益观、综合观、全球观、前瞻观、全民观等五种观点 ;研究经济安全要从全球地缘政治经济格局、经济结构、市场经济体制、经济发展战略四方面去认识 ;经济安全所涉及的具体领域 ,主要包括科技产业和经济竞争力、经济体制、财政金融和外贸外汇、国外市场、国内市场、能源。

After the cold war,globalization develops very quickly,and.economic safe is becoming a question of study.First,this paper summarizes foreign ideas about economic security,which includes five ideas:countries interests,synthesis,globalization,forecast,and the whole people.Then the author raises that we should understand economic security from four aspects,which are political and economy pattern of the world,structure of economy,market economy system,economy development strategy.At last,he puts forward concrete areas involving economic security,they are scientific industries and power of competition,economic system,finance and foreign trade,foreign exchange,foreign market,inner market,the energy and line of sea transportation.
