Rick Precaution and Control in High-tech Risk Investment

文章在研究风险投资中风险存在的源动因的基础上 ,对高科技投资中存在的风险 ,诸如技术风险、生产风险、管理风险、财务风险、人才风险和外部风险因素等进行了分析 ,并针对存在的诸风险因素 ,提出了我国风险投资中的风险防范与风险控制的对策与措施。

Based on studying the primary reasons of the existence of risks in risk investment, this article analyses the risks existing in the high tech investments, such as the risk of technology, the risk of production, the risk of management, the risk of finance, the risk of qualified personnel, and external risk. The authors also point out countermoves and solutions to the risk precaution and risk control in risk investment in China.
