二战初期（1939.9-1941.6)，盟国对德经济战的主要形式是经济封锁，企图以此达到瓦解德国经济使之不能继续作战的目的，但苏联这时却以中立国的名义向德国输送了大量战略物资，这不仅决定性地打击了盟国的经济封锁计划，也给苏联自身带来了严重后果。

At the early stage of World War Ⅱ(1939.9-1941.6),taking economic blockade as the main form, the Allies prosecuted an economic war against Germany for the purpose of disabling it from continuing the war by disintegrating its economy.However,the Soviet Union,in the name of Neutral Nation,provided Germany with a large magnitude of war material,which not only gave a decisive strike to the Allies' economic blockade plan,but also brought itself grave consequence.
