法律意识现代化的模式是世界不同国家在法律意识现代化过程中解决传统与现代、本国传统与外来文化影响的关系的过程中所体现出来的范式特征 ,是法律意识现代化的民族特色问题。它是一个综合性的概念。划分法律意识现代化的模式固然要依据一定的标准 ,但各种不同角度的模式划分具有兼容性。从传统与现代性的关系来看 ,它可以分为传统变异型、传统与现代断裂型、法律意识体系重构型 ;从法律意识现代化的动力来看 ,它可以分为内发型、外发型。

The mode of modernization of legal consciousness,which links with the process of tradition and modernity,domestic culture and foreign culture,reflects the character of paradigm,and it also manifests itself every national characteristics of modernization of legal consciousness.What's more,it is a comprehensive conception.By some standard,the modes of modernization of legal consciousness can be divided,but of all different criteria,they have a close relation.Viewed from tradition and modernity,it can be divided into modes of traditional transformation,of rift between tradition and modernity and of reconstruction of legal consciousness.From the impetus of modernization of legal consciousness,it can be divided into the modes of the inner,the outer and the mixed of them.
