摘要
素质教育与“减负”两者的关系在于 ,一方面 ,素质教育必然要求“减负” ;另一方面“减负”以素质教育为理论前提和方法指导。同时素质教育的实施必定能减轻学生的心理负担 ,从而实现真正意义上的“减负”
The relationship between quality education and burden-unlouding is that on one hand quality education inevitably requires burden-unlouding, on the other hand burden-unloading regards education as theoretic premise and method guidance.Meanwhile the implementation of quality education can surely unload students' psychologic burden and truly realize burden-unloading.
