On "Centralization" as the Power Parole

从“中”到“中德”的一整套话语 ,因与上古时代协和万邦、亲睦九族的德治理想相适应 ,最终从一种政治智慧、政治抉择渐渐演为全社会的真理话语 ,但从根本上讲还是一种权力话语。

As it corresponded with the ideal concept that all the tribes coexisted in harmony, a complete set of parole, including 'Centralization' and 'Centr alized Virtue' gradually evolved from political wisdom and political choice into the parole generally accepted by the society. In a nutshell, it is a kind of power parole, which bounded both the ruling class and ruled class.
