摘要
隋炀帝虽为暴君 ,但仍作出不少影响当时及后代的重大功绩 ,因此可以说炀帝是个功过参半。
A tyrant as he was, Emperor Suiyang made many historic contributions that have benefited the people of his time and the generations to come as well. It can be said that this emperor is a controversial historical figure, a monarch of both contributions and blunders.
