Hangzhou: Prospective “Silicon Valley” in China

借鉴国外硅谷建设的经验 ,简要地探讨了北京、上海和深圳发展高新技术产业的优缺点 ,详细地分析了杭州市“天堂硅谷”建设的有利条件和发展障碍 ,认为杭州是中国“硅谷”的希望并提出了“天堂硅谷”

Using foreign experience about Silicon Valley construction as reference, this paper simply discussed the advantages and disadvantages of developing Hi\|Tech industry in Beijing, Shanghai and Shenzhen, and analysed in detail the remunerative factors and barriers in Hangzhou. We think that Hangzhou is prospective Silicon Valley in China and we put forward the strategies.
