摘要
高技术企业作为经济活动的重要领域 ,是多学科研究的焦点 ,而高技术企业的发展也推动了经济管理学科的发展。与传统企业相比 ,高技术企业的特殊性最终体现为产品在市场中的绩效。高技术企业是典型的技术趋动型企业 ,其产品战略的运用和整合管理面临着诸多挑战。此外 ,还论述了高技术企业产品战略的重要性、特殊性以及高技术企业产品战略的平衡 。
As the important field of economic action,hi tech enterprise is the focus of varied subject of research and its development plays an important role in the development of the subjects of economic management.Compared with the traditional enterprise,hi tech enterprise has its specific characteristics,which finally give expression to the products performance in the market.And it is a typical technology driven one that faces many challenges to its product strategy and integration management.This thesis discusses both the importance and specific characteristics of hi tech product strategy of enterprise and product strategic balance,then presents the integrated frame grid of product strategy based on the resources of hi tech enterprises.
