在新形势下 ,高校思想政治工作面临着许多新情况和新问题。要研究新情况 ,解决新问题 ,仅靠已往的经验已不可能 ,这就需要思想政治工作的创新。在思想政治工作的创新过程中 ,应注意处理好创新与继承、创新与借鉴的关系。

At present the ideological and political work in of higher college is also confronted with numerous new cases and problems. The traditional experience is no longer effective in studying and solving them, so new trails have to be blazed in this respect. In doing this, one must pay great attention to the relationship between innovations and inheritance, relationship between innovations and reference.
