摘要
社会主义并没有自已专门的经济规律.市场经济的规律在社会主义市场经济中都起作用,但所有的规律都是双刃剑,不能片面理解。积累的各环节在社会主义中都起作用,否认这些环节,只要国家的高积累,会损害社会主义积累的速度。高工资高福利的分配政策帮助了西方国家缓和了两极分化;相反长期的低工资会引导到人民贫困和短缺经济。
Socialism doesn' t have its own special economic laws. All the economic laws that govern the market econmy take effect in social market economy too, but every law is a double-edged sword, you can't explain it in an one-sided way. Every link of accumulation has its own role in socialism, try to deny their roles and concentrate attention only on high accumulation by the state, will be harmful and reduce the speed of socialist accumulation. The policy of high wage and high welfare in distribution field, helped the western countries lessen the polarization of the society, and the policy of low wage earring out for a long period will bring poverty to the people and lead to shortage economy for the society.
