Re-engineering in China's Insurance

再造作为一种成功的管理方法,近几年已经风靡全球。本文通过分析我国保险业经营环境的变化,特别是面临加入WTO的挑战,提出了通过再造以获得大发展的思路,就如何再造提出了相应的建议,并对我国保险业再造的前景作出展望。

Re-engineering has widely been adopted all over the world as a successful method of management in the past years. This paper analyses the changes of managing environment in China's insurance, especially the challenge enfronting the WTO, then puts forward a view of re-engineering China's insurance. It also presents some proposals on how to re-engineering China's insurance, prospecting the future of re-engineering in China's insurance.
