本文对于90年代以来毛泽东晚期思想的研究状况作了简要的评述,介绍了这一时期的研究概况,分析了研究中涉及的“毛泽东晚期思想”概念的内涵、毛泽东晚期思想的特点、关于晚期的时间和阶段划分、如何看待毛泽东晚期思想中的错误与合理的成分、造成毛泽东晚年错误的原因等问题,并针对研究状况提出了存在的问题和自己的一些建议。

The article is a review of the situation about internal research since 1990's on Mao Zedong thought in his laster life, introduces the research condition during this period, analyzes many problems such as the meaning of 'Mao Zedong thought in his later life' , the special feature of Mao Zedong thought in his later life, the way to divide period and the stage of 'later life'. Besides, the article is interested in how to correctly treat the errors and reasonable aspects of Mao's thought in his later life how to analyze the reason for his making errors. At the end of the article, I put forward some problems existed in the research work and give some proposals.
