On the Building of Index System as Early Warning System for Enterprises

通过对企业经营活动本质的理论分析,结合国内外企业评价发展趋势,提出了企业经营预警系统的指标体系,以此作为建立企业经营预警模型的基础来实现企业经营的预警功能。

With theoretical analysis of the essential operation of the enterprises and their conventional evalu-ation index system, and with the consideration of the national and international trend of enterprise evaluation,this paper suggests another index system which is aimed to realize the function of early warning system as thebasis of building the warning system for enterprises' operations.
