目前电子商务发展中交易当事人身份认证在法律上存在一些问题 ,应加强这方面的立法 ,在立法原则上应确立确保交易安全和确保交易公平的原则 ;在具体制度上应建立数字签名及认证制度、交易当事人资格审定及市场准入制度。

In order to deal with the difficult legal issue of the identification of the business parties in electronic commerce, some legal assumptions are presented in this essay .That is to set up safe and fair business principles according to legal principle. Moreover, taking specific measures,namely digital signature and the certification measures, as well as the principle of identification of business parties and the permission into market should be worked out.
