摘要
文章分析了中国农业发展进入新阶段后的突出特点 ,阐述了中国农业发展的指导思想 ,战略目标和工作重点 ,提出了我国农业和农村经济结构调整的方向、新内涵以及新途径。全面分析了中国农业加入WTO所面临的机遇与挑战 ,并提出了相应的对策建议。
In this article, the particular characteristics of the new development phase of Chinese agriculture are analyzed, the instructional guidance, strategic objectives, emphasized domains are discussed, the new directions, new contents and new patterns for the structural adjustment of agriculture and rural economy are also put forward. The opportunity and challenges that Chinese agriculture will face after China entering WTO are comprehensively studied, and the related strategies and suggestions are also brought forward.
