摘要
企业资源计划 (EnterpriseResourcePlanning)是一种先进的管理模式。TOM (TotalQualityManagement)是通过企业中所有人及事的参与来持续改善产品质量及服务的一种方法。而TQM与ERP集成更有助于企业的成功。本文利用IDEF0方法提出一种集成ERP与TQM的模型。
ERP is a advanced managment information system. TQM is a method of continuous improvement by everyone involved in an enterprise. Integration of ERP and TQM help enterprises to succeed in competition. This paper proposes a model for integration of ERP and TQM by IDEF0.
