松溪河流域“96.8”暴雨洪水调查分析

1996年 8月 3日至 5日 ,由于受 8号台风的影响 ,在晋、冀交界的太行山区发生了一次特大暴雨洪水 ,山西省松溪河流域昔阳县三教河雨量站实测次雨量高达 5 39 1mm ,重现期为 2 70年一遇 ;松溪河流域最大 2 4小时平均降雨量 2 2 8 7mm ,重现期为 133年一遇 ;8月 4日 ,泉口水文站出现最大洪峰流量 410 0 /s,重现期约为 90年一遇。由于受特大暴雨洪水的袭击 ,昔阳县 2 0多个乡镇全部遭灾 ,据统计测算 ,全县直接经济损失达 12 6

In this paper,the storm flood occurred in Songxi River in August,1996 was investigated and analyseed.The items investigated and estimated includes: the genesis and characteristics of time and space distribution of the storm rain, the flood peak discharge,the flood volume and the recurrence interval of the storm rain and the flood.
