沙颖河漯河以西防洪系统优化调度研究

Study of Optimal Operation for Flood Control System in West of Shayinghe and Luohe River

摘要 对由混联水库群和多分蓄洪区组成的复杂防洪系统,建立了大规模线性规划模型(LP模型).针对该流域的洪水特性出现的正常行洪与扒口分洪的复杂洪水演进情况,提出了判断扒口分洪界点及其相应的分阶段解算的处理方法,从而形成了适用于这一复杂情况的广义化模型.引用先进的解算技术,对典型洪水的模拟计算,取得了较为满意的成果. This paper studied a complicated flood control system which consists of reservoirs and flood detention or diversion projects,and built up a large scale linear programming model.As the system presents complicated cases of flood routing procedures whether the system needs digging up a way for flood diversion or not,the paper introduced a sublevel method judging the marginal value of time for flood diversion,and a generalized model which can be applied to the same condition,was formed.The model has been solved successfully with advanced algorithm.A satisfying result has been obtained.
