摘要
用微量热法研究了Na2SeO3对产气杆菌的作用特征,得到了产气杆菌生长代谢过程中速率常数随Na2SeO3浓度变化的关系式,以及最大发热功率与速率常数之间的关系式.实验表明,在高浓度时硒对产气杆菌有很强的抑制作用,为揭示硒的生物效应、研究硒的药理学和毒理学等提供了丰富的信息.
The characteristics of the action of Na 2SeO 3 on Aerobacter aerogenes has been studied by means of microcalorimetry.The relationship between growth rate constants k and the concentration C of Na 2SeO 3 is inverstigated.It is found that Na 2SeO 3 has obvious inhibitory action on aerobacter aerogenes,and the relationship between growth rate constants k and maxium metabolic thermogenesis power P max is also reached.It has provided a lot of information on the bioaffect of selenium and the research of toxicology.
