农业节水应是“十五”水利发展的重点

Water Saving in Agriculture Should be the Key Point in Hydraulic Development in the "Tenth Five Year Plan" Period

黄河水资源贫乏 ,其水量已不能满足日益增长的需水要求。在调水不能马上实现的近期 ,节水———尤其是农业灌溉节水不失为缓解水资源紧缺的一项重要措施。节水技术包括 :喷灌、微灌、渠道防渗、低压管道输水、田间灌水技术改进等。节水灌溉工程应是“十五”期间工程安排的重点。

Because of shortage of water resources in the Yellow River, the water amount is not yet meet the day after day increasing requirements. In the near future when water diversion from other rivers can not put into practice, water saving, especially in agricultural irrigation, may after all be accepted as an important measure to alleviate the problem of urgent insufficiency of water resource. Water saving techniques include spray irrigation, micro irrigation, channel leakage prevention, low pressure pipe transport of water, reform of field irrigation, and so on. Water saving irrigation should be the key point for project arrangement in the the 'Tenth Five Year Plan' period.
