浅谈现代住宅小区的环境设计

Simple discussion on environmental design of modern housing district

随着生活水平的提高 ,人们不仅注重室内的空间布置 ,而且更加重视室外的环境设计。现代住宅小区的室外环境设计应确定“以人为本 ,回归自然”的理念 ,力求做到空间组合合理、美观实用、功能齐全、环境优雅 ,最大程度地满足居民娱乐、休息、交往等方面的精神需求。着重阐述了现代住宅小区的环境空间组合 ,应考虑居民的心理要求 ,娱乐休息空间及邻里交往空间等。

With the improvement of life level, people not onl y pay much attention to interior space layout but also attach more importance to the design of exter ior environment, which should regard based on people proper, back to nature as i ts central idea trying to achieve the goals of rational combination of space, be autiful appearance, practical service,satisfies the mental requirements of residents on entertainment, rest and soci al activities to the greatest extent. The writer elaborates mainly the mental re quirements of the residents, the space of entertainment and rest as well as asso ciation in neighborhood should be baken into account for space combination of en vironmental design of modern housing district.
