In this paper, one project roofing concrete'#'b eam' s crack appearing situation and the observation and identification to it are int roduced. According to the identification, the'#'beam's security cannot satis fy t he specification's requirement.'#'beams's questions existing in design and co nst ruction are analysed, the importance of'#'beams' section choice and division i n design is pointed out. In the phase of instruction, concrete's strength must satisfy the design de mand, and the construction in concrete's setting ought to follow the drawing. In order to assure the project structure's safety, strengthening method to'#'be ams is introduced.
