介绍中铁十二局集团二处科技综合楼的桩基施工 ,总结桩基施工工艺 ,并对桩基施工的重点工艺、桩基成孔、钢筋笼制作、桩基混凝土灌注等桩基施工的要点加以分析整理 ,对施工过程中的易发问题 ,如坍孔、导管堵塞等进行了分析并解决。通过对本工程的施工 ,总结了一套较完整的高层建筑桩基施工工艺。

This paper places the emphasis on the construction of pile foundation for science and technology general building in the 2nd engineering Co. Ltd, the 12th Bureau Group of China Railway. In which the pile foundation technology is s ummarized, some of the points such as the major technology, the pile foundation hole?forming, the manufacture of reinforcing cage and pile foundation concrete p ouring are analyzed. The problems about collapsing hole, pipe blockage etc, whic h usually appear in construction, are analyzed and settled. A set of complete pi le foundation construction technology for high?rise buildings is summarized thr ough the construction of this project.
