翼城站信号机械运转室因基础出现不均匀沉降 ,造成墙体多处开裂。针对病害产生的原因及地质状况 ,采取地基注浆加固。结合工程实例 ,对工程注浆的施工工艺进行了论述 ,从化学注浆加固的机理、注浆加固机具以及注浆施工操作工艺逐一介绍。加固处理后 ,通过对设置的沉降点进行观测 ,地基趋于稳定 ,承载力得以提高。对湿陷性黄土地区地基加固处理具有使用推广价值。

According to the cause of the cracks and the geolog ical condition, it is advisable to strengthen the foundation through infusing slurry. In this paper , combined with the engineering example, the writer discuss the constructional t echnique of engineering infusing slurry, from it's strengthening mechanism, mach ines and tools, to it's operative technique. Through the strengthening treatment , the foundation becomes stable, the bearing strength is improved. Such method i s of usage generalizing value to strengthen collapsible loess ground.
