摘要
随着高层建筑的迅速发展 ,水下混凝土灌注桩以其单桩承载力大 ,适应性广等特点 ,被广泛应用。水下混凝土灌注桩施工中要注意的问题很多 ,通过对成孔工艺选择 ,初灌量的问题及导管埋深的控制、堵管产生的原因、预防及处理 ;钢筋笼上浮的原因及防治、断桩产生的原因、预防及处理等问题的探讨研究 ,提出了一些处理方法的合理建议 ,对提高混凝土灌注桩的工程质量起到了指导作用。
With the fast development of high buildings, under water bored concrete pile is applied widely owing to characteristics such as high bearing capacity o f single pile, wide applicability, etc. There are many problems needing attentio n in construction of underwater bored concrete pile such as selection of holing technology, the problem of primary pouring quantity, control of conduit depth, c auses, prevention and management of stopping up the pipe, causes and prevention of reinforcing bar cage floating, causes, prevention and management of breaking of a pile, etc. through discussion on the above problems, we give some reasonabl e suggestions to the management. These have played directive function in improvi ng quality of bored concrete piles.
