摘要
阐述了项目管理的发展过程及客观规律 ,具体分析了项目法施工运行中的一些问题和弊病 ,从改革人事制度 ,推行项目监理制度 ,健全有效的激励机制和严格的制约机制等方面提出了措施 ,指出了只有转变观念和机制 ,制定有效的管理办法 。
In this paper, the writer states the own experience about developing p rocess and objective laws of project management, some questions appeared in cons truction and operating is concretely analyzed,In view of existing problems, corresponding measures are put forward, from reforming personnel system, carryi ng out project supervision system, effective excitation mechanism and strict bal ance mechanism. At the same time, the writer points out that project management can develop healthy only through converting concept and mechanism and drawing ef fective management ways .
