摘要
起重机大车行走车轮的磨损是起重机最常见的故障形式。为了有效地提高行走车轮的工作寿命 ,使其接近或达到设计周期 ,笔者从车轮损坏的形式、部位即轮缘磨损断裂、踏面磨损层状脱皮和局部压碎凹陷、轮缘早期脆性断裂四个方面进行了分析 ,找出了之所以产生磨损和断裂的原因 ,并提出了延长车轮工作寿命的对策。经实验和连续使用 30个月无损坏 。
The foreworn of road wheel of bridge crane cart i s the most common ma lfunction style of a crane. In order to effectively improve the operating life o f road wheels and make them near or attain their design cycle, the author analys es from four aspects of the foreworn modes and regions of the wheels. These four aspects are: the foreworn and frature of the wheel rim, tread foreworn bedded d ecrustation, regional crush and subside and early brittle fracture of the wheel rim. The author finds out causes of foreworn and frature, and puts forward solut ions of extending the operating life of the wheels. The wheels aren't damaged af ter test and 30 months' using, and expected effect is obtained.
