摘要
本文通过对我国 5 0年来妇女就业问题的回顾与理性思考 ,就未来在妇女就业问题上应采取的对策 。
Based on reviewing and rational considering women's employment in China in the last 50 years,this paper puts forward some suggestions on the countermeasures to the woman's employment in the future.
