加入WTO对我国商业银行来说不仅仅是机遇 ,更多的是挑战和压力。在中外资银行对客户、市场份额、业务品种和人才的竞争中 ,我国商业银行将面临着机构设置、管理方式、经营理念、业务操作、服务质量等多方面的挑战。面对挑战 ,我们应正视竞争的存在 ,相应地采取更新理念、科学管理、业务创新等对策。

To the commercial banks in our country,joining WTO is not only opportunity,but also more challenge & pressure.In the competition between Chinese & foreign banks on clients,market share,operation variety & persons with ability,the commercial banks of our country will face with challenges in many aspects such as organization setup,ideality & manner of management,business operation,quality of service,etc.And facing with challenge,we should envisage the existence of competition & adopte new contermeasure such as updating the ideality of management,scientific management,innovation of operation and so on.
