摘要
原合同义务面临着冲击和挑战 ,合同义务的范围在扩张 ,新义务种类不断增加。各义务之间相互比较 ,他们既有联系又有区别 ,相辅相成共同构成新合同义务群。
The obligations of original contract are confronted with impact & challenge.The scope of contract obligations are expanding.New kind of obligations has been increasing constantly.Comparison with each other among the obligations exists.They concern as well as have difference with each other.And their complement each other constitutes new contract obligations group.
