摘要
[目的 ] 了解辖区内桶装饮用水卫生质量及存在问题 ,探索符合浦东实际的管理方法。 [方法 ] 对采自 40家桶装饮用水生产企业的 85份水样和 7台饮水机进行调查。包括一般状况调查 ,样品的微生物、理化指标检测。 [结果 ] 抽检的水样中 ,微生物指标合格率 91.8% ,理化指标合格率为 81%。未消毒的空桶、瓶盖的大肠菌群污染较高 ,饮水机二次污染严重。 [结论 ] 应加强企业自身卫生管理 ,建立良好的生产工艺 ,并加强卫生监督和宣传教育 。
Objective To investigate hygienic quality and present problems in bottled drinking water of Pudding New Area and explore related regulations and management. [Methods] Water quality of 85 samples of bottled drinking water studied including general condition, bacterial count, physical and chemical properties. [Results] Certified rate of microbiology was 91.8% among the bottled drinking water, and certified rate of physical and chemical properties was 81%. Bacterial count was high in the non disinfected empty bottles and caps. Second ary pollution of the drinking-water equipment was serious. [Conclusion] To strengthen the hygienic management of manufacture itself, to establish an excellent productive handicraft and to promote health surveillance propaganda and education.
