nm23-H_1基因产物表达与原发性胆囊癌生物学行为及预后的关系 被引量：3

摘要 nm23基因位于人17号染色体长臂(17q21.3),其产物为Mr 17×103的核苷二磷酸激酶(nucleotide diphosphokinase,NDPK),起抑制恶性肿瘤转移的作用,但也有与此不同的报道[1].目前nm23-H1与原发性胆囊癌转移扩散与预后的关系尚未定论.本文应用免疫组化方法观察了nm23-H1/NDPK在胆囊癌原发灶组织的表达情况,并探讨其与胆囊癌临床生物学行为与预后的关系.
