可塑形跟骨钛钢板的生物力学研究 被引量:26

摘要 目的:研究可塑形跟骨钛钢板的生物力学性能及其对跟骨骨折固定的有效性,为临床应用提供理论依据。方法:对钢板各部分及螺钉的生物力学性能进行测定,并运用实验应力分析方法对8具新鲜跟骨骨折模型进行内固定分析。结果:该钢板固定的跟骨骨折其强度与刚度均高于正常足(P<0.05),足以能承载足部所受的力学载荷。结论:可塑形跟骨钛钢板承接能力高,柔性大,固定可靠、贴合,稳定性好,是固定跟骨骨折理想的内固定器械。 Objective: To study the biomechanical property of a new plastic titanic alloy plate and its effect on fixing stability of calcaneal fracture. Methods: The biomechanical properties of various parts of the plate and screw were tested. 8 models of flesh calcaneal fracture were fixed with this plate, and the stability of fixation was evaluated by a biomechanical test. Result: The fractured calcaneus fixed with this plate was stranger than normal calcaneus(p<0.05), and enough rigidity to bear the weight of normal load. Conclusion: This plate had enough strength and rigidity and was an ideal device for treatment of calcaneal fractures.
