摘要
目的 为研究装潢聚氨酯漆挥发物的肺脏毒性。方法 分别在大鼠吸入高、低剂量聚氨酯漆挥发物 1、3、7天 (每天2h)后进行肺灌洗液成分测定。结果 接触聚氨酯漆挥发物后 ,肺灌洗液中酸性磷酸酶在接触 7天后比对照组明显增高 ,而巨噬细胞计数、乳酸脱氢酶、碱性磷酸酶、白蛋白均未见明显改变。结论 聚氨酯漆挥发物对机体肺脏巨噬细胞有一定的损伤作用。
Objective To explore the lung toxicity of the volatile mixtures of polyurethane paint for decorative use.Method The broncho alveolar lavage fluid elements among rats were determined after 1,3 and 7 day-exposure to the volatile mixtures of polyurethane paint(2 hours per day).Results The results showed that acid phosphatase(ACP) in bronchoalveolar lavage fluid in exposed groups was increased significantly compared with control group after 7 day-expsoure.Conclusion Alveolar macrophage(AM),lactate dehydrogenase(LDH),alkaline phosphatase(AKP),albumin(ALB) had no significant differences between exposed groups and control groups.It indicated that the volatile mixtures of polyurethane paint was harmful to AM.
